Write Today For A Better Tomorrow
The hidden power of writing
The world is harsh.
Yet you can only suffocate from the shit it throws down your throat if you let it.
We are capable of so much more resilience than we normally think.
To be resilient in times of insecurity, fear, and doubt in the world, all one needs is an exit-way.
A gateway.
An Exit is what our emotions need.
When I am angry, confused, or downright sad about a situation, I try to assess it for myself. I try to find an exit for the emotion, not the situation.
Emotions are in our control, while the situation may not be.
What’s in our control gets managed. To manage our emotions, we have to let them release out onto something. You can try to play music, write something, or even make something. The bottom line is to create something.
Take the phrase, ‘pouring your heart into it,’ to a whole new level of passion.
An exit is not cowardice, it is peace.
True courage comes from the fact that you are willing to release the emotions somewhere, instead of keeping them in and expecting them to resolve on their own.
